Customer Support Representative (Remote)

Silver State Support Center is hiring eight remote Customer Support Representatives who live in Nevada. You will help customers by phone and chat with billing questions, account changes and travel bookings. What you will do:

• Answer customer calls and chats in a friendly, professional way
• Look up accounts and explain bills, payments and bookings
• Solve problems or pass them to the right team
• Write clear notes after every contact
• Meet goals for quality and customer satisfaction

About you:

• Friendly, patient and a good listener
• Comfortable typing and using several computer programs at once
• Customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you
• A quiet space at home and high-speed internet
• You live in Nevada
