Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to document care using electronic medical records.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs and fall prevention initiatives preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
• Work Pattern: 5x8.
• Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
• Contract type: travel assignment requiring work at the assigned skilled nursing facility. Candidate may be expected to float within the facility as needed.
