Position Highlights

• Clinic Schedule: 3-4 days per week in the office
• Hospital Coverage: 3-4 twenty-four (24) hour shifts monthly (with the possibility to divide into 12-hour shifts when agreed upon with the team). One weekend shift each month
• Paid Time Off: 4 weeks of paid vacation plus 1 week of paid continuing medical education (CME) each year
• Professional Expenses: The practice covers all professional dues, licenses, and malpractice insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care in an outpatient setting
• Oversee routine and high-risk pregnancies, deliveries, and postpartum care
• Conduct gynecologic procedures, surgeries, and office-based interventions
• Participate in hospital call coverage for labor and delivery, gynecologic emergencies, and consultations
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team of physicians and advanced practice providers
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a team-oriented atmosphere

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Eligible for medical licensure in California
• Strong clinical expertise in both obstetrics and gynecology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Dedication to high-quality, patient-centered care
