Operations Coordinator

Facility Operations Coordinator This critical role serves as the central point of contact for scheduling, client intake, front-desk management, and day-to-day operational support. You’ll help keep everything running smoothly and efficiently, allowing our clinical team to stay focused on delivering exceptional therapy. This is a non-clinical role ideal for someone with strong organizational and logistics skills, excellent communication, and a passion for creating systems and processes that support clinical excellence. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience in scheduling or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or related environment Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities Proficiency in scheduling software and basic office applications (e.g., Word, Excel) Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with families, clinical teams, and internal departments Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field Familiarity with healthcare operations (e.g., insurance verification, medical billing) Experience working in ABA therapy or other clinical settings involving children with autism Experience with EHR systems and advanced reporting tools Responsibilities: Master Scheduling & Capacity Management Client Intake & Onboarding Front Desk Operations & Hospitality Policy Adherence & Staff Support Admin, Facilities & Reporting Support Join a growing ABA company that is as dedicated to your growth as it is to the children we serve. #J-18808-Ljbffr Advanced Behavioral Therapy
