Production & Creative Operations Intern — Summer 2026

Company Description

Vega24 is a creative production studio working with startups and tech companies on launch videos, investor videos, founder content, commercials, and brand campaigns. We work closely with fast-moving founders and teams to create creative that feels cinematic, sharp, and culturally relevant.

Role Description

We’re looking for a summer intern who is organized, proactive, creative, and excited about working in fast-paced startup and production environments.

This role sits between creative production, operations, client coordination, and executive support. You’ll work closely with the team across active projects, shoots, internal systems, and day-to-day studio operations.

No two days look the same — one day may involve helping prep a commercial shoot, another may involve organizing client deliverables, creative brainstorming, or helping coordinate founder launches.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and updating Google Drive folders and Asana boards
• Keeping track of ongoing projects, timelines, and deliverables
• Helping manage prospect projects and negotiation tracking
• Assisting with invoices, payments, and administrative follow-up
• Helping create contracts, proposals, decks, and client materials
• Assisting with client communication and email responses
• Helping manage scheduling and calendars
• Supporting production shoots and helping on set when needed
• Assisting with creative research, references, treatments, and brainstorming
• Helping keep internal operations organized and moving smoothly
• Assisting with occasional personal assistant–style tasks related to scheduling, coordination, and logistics

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple moving projects at once
• Strong written communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and proactive
• Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments where priorities shift quickly
• Has strong creative instincts and good taste
• Interested in creative production, commercials, startups, branding, media, or marketing
• Able to take initiative without needing constant direction
• Resourceful and solution-oriented
• Comfortable working directly with founders, creatives, and clients
• Excited by both creative and operational work
• Comfortable in production environments and on set

Requirements

• Very familiar and adept with Canva
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Drive, and Google Workspace
• Able to multitask and communicate clearly
• Comfortable balancing creative and operational responsibilities

Internship Details

• Summer 2026
• Hybrid / in-person preferred in San Francisco
• 6 hours/day, 5 days/week
• $20/hour
• Starts with a 30-day trial/ introductory period with potential for longer-term part-time or full-time work based on fit and performance
