# Technical Program ManagerApply**Job#: 3051776****Job Description:****Apex Systems** is seeking an experienced **Technical Program Manager** to coordinate and drive cross-functional technology initiatives. This role serves as a central point of coordination for strategic programs, governance activities, operational improvements, and executive reporting, enabling technical teams to remain focused on delivery and execution.Responsibilities* Coordinate enterprise technology initiatives related to security, compliance, infrastructure, governance, and operational improvements.* Manage cross-functional programs involving security, risk management, compliance, audit readiness, and technology governance requirements.* Drive planning, tracking, and execution of complex technology initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.* Facilitate project intake, prioritization, dependency management, and status reporting.* Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly program updates, dashboards, and executive-level reports.* Coordinate approvals, reviews, and governance processes for technology projects, operational changes, and business initiatives.* Track risks, issues, action items, and project milestones, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.* Establish and maintain program documentation, standards, processes, and reporting mechanisms.* Partner with business and technical leaders to improve operational efficiency and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.* Support organizational growth and scalability by driving program coordination and operational excellence.Qualifications* 5+ years of Technical Program Management, PMO, Technology Operations, or related experience.* Proven experience leading and coordinating complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.* Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.* Ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability across teams without direct authority.* PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.* Experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
