SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized, agile, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to join the Lacoste Digital team. This individual will support the end-to-end execution of the customer journey – from product launches, to how the customer experiences our product throughout the website, and the content that supports their shopping experience. The E-Commerce Coordinator will also play a key role in supporting marketing efforts, product reporting, and overall site quality assurance. This role will work cross-functionally to deliver a seamless and compelling online customer experience that supports seasonal product strategies and business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Merchandising: Oversee catalog maintenance, category curation, and on-site storytelling. Identify storytelling opportunities based on the seasonal assortment and competitive landscape. Provide product and linking needs for email and SMS marketing campaigns under the guidance of the E-commerce Manager, updating as needed based on business needs.
• Product Go-Live: Manage end-to-end product catalog setup utilizing Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ERP, and PIM systems, including product copy, imagery, categorization, and sorting attribution. Track and communicate go-live status weekly, ensuring timely product launches in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Site Quality Assurance & Catalog Maintenance: Conduct daily comprehensive audits to ensure accuracy of onsite copy, product attribution, navigation, and sort and filter options. Maintain catalog integrity through ongoing product updates, category management, and issue resolution.
• Content Management: Maintain content asset libraries and merchandising toolkits. Track asset availability, deployment status, and product availability to support efficient execution across ecommerce and marketing initiatives. Execute homepage and site content updates based on the digital calendar.

Profile Qualifications Experience: 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, visual merchandising, or content management, ideally within the fashion industry. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and data analysis preferred
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Adobe Commerce/Magento) preferred but not required
