Practice Info Physician-owned and led practice in Colorado with long-standing relationships with major hospital systems including AdventHealth and Health One (HCA) Physicians are regionalized to a smaller coverage area of their choice covering numerous hospitals and ASCs around the Denver metro and throughout the state Current main hiring need is for the SE Denver regions including facilities in Lone Tree, Parker and Castle Rock Cases include OB, trauma, CV, transplant, peds, regional, neuro, ortho, cardiac, etc. Opportunity to work with the new HCA anesthesia residency program at Swedish Medical Center, if desired Performs in the top 10% nationally for patient satisfaction and utilizes a state-of-the-art IT infrastructure Compensation The estimated starting compensation for the position is $525,000 to $550,000 (based on average of 8 weeks off) with the ability to earn more with incentive pay Earning potential increases once you become a partner, averaging in the $600,000 to $700,000 range depending on vacation and schedule preferences 2-year partner track wealth-building shareholder opportunity is available Salaried Associate position with flexible FTE for those wanting a non-partner option $30k sign on bonus OR a $20k sign on bonus with $30k in student loan repayment $20k relocation bonus (if eligible) Benefits 401k match and quarterly profit sharing Medical malpractice including tail insurance Wellness and experience reimbursement Shift & Schedule Work/life balance scheduling programs to accommodate a variety of lifestyles and career stages Flexible workweek - 3, 4 or 5 day/week options Qualifications No non-compete!
