Equities Data Business Analyst/Project Manager

Barclays Services Corp. seeks an Equities Data Business Analyst/Project Manager in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions available). Responsibilities Support the Equities Data Warehouse (EDW), an authoritative global data repository and reporting platform for cash equities and equity derivatives. Partner with product stakeholders to summarize requirements and translate them to development leads. Plan, coordinate, and perform analysis tasks for program components, transaction cycle processes, and specialist applications. Monitor, manage, and report on key project deliverables, risks, and issues. Participate in the design process coordinated by the program management team, ensuring functionality and benefits are delivered. Own JIRA artefacts and follow them through the entire lifecycle. Support the development of test strategy, plans, and cases in collaboration with business, testing, and development teams. Telecommute pursuant to company policies (Hybrid). Salary range: $169,541 – $186,496 per year (base only, incentive award available). Accountabilities Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements requiring change within the organization. Develop business requirements to address identified problems and opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations. Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions. Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions. Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Create operational and process design to ensure solutions are delivered within the agreed scope. Support change management activities, including the development of a traceability matrix to ensure successful implementation.
