We bring together curious, driven, and diverse thinkers who challenge convention, push boundaries, and hold a high bar for creative excellence.If you're motivated to work alongside top performers, push the boundaries of what's possible, and help define where technology, business, and marketing are headed next—this is the place to do it.Join us at razorfish.com.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with integrated client teams and is responsible for day-to-day campaign management, quarterly planning and collaborating with the broader team to deliver strong business resultsActivate and manage active SEM campaigns and build new campaigns, ads, and keywords based on client briefsProvide recommendations for new campaigns including tactics, spend and performance estimates etc.Has effectively and independently presented campaign performance results (or a test plan) to internal and external clientsCreate and update keywords lists, ad copy, landing pages, and ad extensionsProvide insight and analysis and perform updates/optimizations to improve performanceQualifications1-3+ years in paid search requiredConversant with all paid search terminology and key tools (e.g. SA360, AdWords, Microsoft Ads etc.)Someone willing to help with the growth and development of junior team membersAbility to work well in a team, to shine as an individualExperience managing a complex task list and meeting tight deadlinesProficiency with MS Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skillsAdditional InformationThe Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
