Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

• Evaluate and assess patient needs to develop personalized care plans
• Provide therapeutic services and exercise programs tailored to the orthopedic patient population
• Track and document treatment progress and patient outcomes
• Manage a caseload with an expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing up to 14 patients daily
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Open to new graduates and first-time travelers
