Job Description

Rush Copley Medical Center, in Aurora, Illinois, part of the  Rush University System for Health network of hospitals, invites applications for the position of Gastroenterology  in the Division of Digestive Diseases and Nutrition and Department of Gastroenterology.

Department Specifics:

• Join a team of five Physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers
• Rush Copley Digestive Health Center offers dedicated space for GI procedures with nurses and technicians with specialty training and certifications in Gastroenterology nursing just steps from the main office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Call is 1:4
• Provide care to inpatient and outpatient sites on the hospital campus and two clinics in Yorkville, IL
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of digestive disorders using advanced diagnostic and therapeutic techniques

Qualifications:

· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

· ERCP and EUS Training

Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role, as well as additional compensation such as sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay Range: $ 480,000 - $ 695,000
