DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides continuous, prompt, and courteous service to customers. Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products. Incorporate safe work practices in job performance and complies with safety practices. Operates POS system in processing food and beverage charges. Handles multiple transactions with cash, credit cards, coupons, vouchers, comps, etc. Prepares daily sales reports and reconciliation statement for the vault. Interacts positively with customers by inquiring about their dining experience, satisfaction, answering any questions and providing casino information either in person or via telephone. Assists all other front staff when the need arises by bussing, cashiering, hosting, clearing, or setting tables, being a team player, etc. Effectively works and communicates with other departments, vendors, customers to resolve problems and expedite work or services. Complies with all policies, procedures, rules, regulations, MICS. Report and document all unusual occurrences. Attend all mandatory trainings. Must be able to lift 25lbs. All other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: A team player with good communication skills. Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure. Adjust to a flexible schedule and be reliable. Knowledge of Safety and Sanitation guidelines. Must be available 24/7 Must be able to multi-task. Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours). Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work alternating shifts including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends. Ability to learn quickly Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team Ability to build relationships WORK ENVIROMENT: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong guest service skills Must be able to take direction and follow through with assigned tasks. Must demonstrate positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments. Attendance and punctuality are essential function of the position. Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work in a second-hand smoke, high noise, bright lights, dusty and smoke-filled environment. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Must be 18 at time of hire. Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process. Must be able to pass a background investigation. Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Work permit. Must have Serv Safe Certifications. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS: Health Insurance: Employee is eligible to apply within 60 days of initial hire.
