Compensation and Benefits Base salary $50,000 - $60,000 per year. Top performers can earn $80,000+ per year. About the Role Interact with customers face‑to‑face in big box retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest. Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism. Initiate conversations and help customers arrange free in‑home consultations for home renovation services. Set appointments and assist customers in a clear and friendly way. Collaborate with a high‑performing team to meet daily and weekly goals. Candidate Qualifications Weekend availability. Friendly, fun, and positive attitude. Genuine interest in working with the public and creating great experiences. Comfortable working independently and personally driven for excellence. Retail and customer service experience highly valued. Entry‑level candidates welcome; training provided. Must have reliable transportation; may need to travel to multiple locations in one day or attend community events not near public transit. Preferred Experience Face‑to‑face marketing, brand ambassador, appointment setting, or lead generation. Customer service roles (in‑person or call center). Retail sales associates, cashiers, team leads, merchandisers. Restaurant servers, bartenders, hosts, front‑of‑house staff. Hospitality front desk, concierge, event staff.
