CNA - LTC/SNF

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Opportunity

Provide essential support to healthcare teams by delivering direct patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings. Ensure patient safety and comfort while complying with facility policies and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to healthcare team.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Administer basic nursing care as directed and follow proper infection control procedures.
• Document patient care accurately and promptly in compliance with facility standards.
• Adhere to facility guidelines regarding identification and mask requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification required.
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate compassion and excellent communication skills.
• Must provide a valid state or federal-issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies or documented exemptions preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours on a contract basis.
