Job Description

Act as Quality Control/Quality Assurance In-charge of Cold Drawn Seamless, Hot Finish Seamless & Laboratory division

Internal Quality Assurance Plan to prepare according to specification standards/industry standards

Implement quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process according to Internal Quality Assurance Plan

Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards

Perform quality inspections on in-process/final/pre-dispatch stage

Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine quality management systems

Responsible for all mechanical/chemical/metallurgical testing of all samples & maintain documentation in Laboratory according to specification standards/industry standards

Responsible for all documentation related to AML approvals as applicable

Qualifications & Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in quality assurance/control within an engineering environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and best practices.

Experience conducting quality audits and inspections is preferred.

Ability to fabricate components or systems is a plus but not essential.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
