Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations at our location in Smithers, WV. The Manager will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations at our location in Smithers, WV. The Manager will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of employees
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and make adjustments as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff
- Previous experience in a managerial role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
