As a TNICU Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of patient conditions. You will have the ability to learn advanced skills that include RotoProne therapy, continuous renal replacement therapy, intra-aortic balloon pump device therapy, EKOS therapy, intraventricular monitoring and drainage, cerebral thrombectomies and coilings, TNCC or ATCN, Trauma Responder and removal of arterial sheaths. Our dedicated Registered Nurses are actively involved in department shared leadership and facility wide committees. Our Registered Nurses also have the opportunity to participate and receive support for completion of the nationally recognized certifications. This is a full-time position working three 12-hour night shifts per week from 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM. You will also have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy an 18% night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential when applicable.

*1 year of RN experience is required for the $10,000 sign-on bonus with a 1 year commitment

*1 year of ICU RN experience is required for the $15,000 sign-on bonus with a 2 year commitment
