Company Description Mission Peak Physical Therapy is a physical therapy clinic located in the scenic Wenatchee Valley, providing patients with individualized 1-on-1 care. The clinic offers specialized services in orthopedics, women's health, and pelvic floor rehabilitation, as well as Pilates-based therapy. Sports medicine and dance medicine are areas of focus, supporting active individuals and performers in returning to optimal function. Mission Peak Physical Therapy emphasizes personalized treatment plans and a collaborative approach to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. Role Description This is a full-time or part-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Wenatchee, WA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and provide 1-on-1 care tailored to the needs of each individual patient. The role involves educating patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-care strategies, while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with other healthcare providers. The Physical Therapist will contribute to a supportive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care, professional growth, and high-quality outcomes. Qualifications Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and adjust individualized treatment plans. Knowledge of Medicine and clinical best practices relevant to musculoskeletal, sports, and women's health conditions. Demonstrate commitment to Patient Care, including clear communication, empathy, and patient education. Experience or interest in Women's Health and Pelvic Floor Rehabiliation and Pilates based Rehabilitation is desired but not required. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Current Washington state Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date). Preferred experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, women's health, pelvic floor rehab, Pilates, or dance medicine. Ability to work collaboratively in a small clinic setting and manage a varied caseload independently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
