Responsibilities Protect with Purpose: patrol, secure, and monitor facilities using state‑of‑the‑art security technology. Lead with Integrity: uphold site procedures and represent First Coast Security with excellence and professionalism. Serve with Courage: respond confidently to security incidents, manage access control, and handle emergencies. Be the Expert: manage CCTV systems, alarms, and key control with precision. Qualifications First Aid/CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain). Proven Experience: background in security, law enforcement, military, or customer service roles. Exceptional Communication: clear, calm, and professional communication skills, including two‑way radio proficiency. Adaptability & Focus: high energy, strong integrity, and ability to focus in dynamic environments. Technical Familiarity: experience with MS Office and security technology systems is a plus. Clean Driving Record: no recent at‑fault accidents and a spotless driving history.
