Senior Materials Scientist

We are seeking a highly innovative Materials Scientist with deep expertise in non-traditional solid-form strategies for beyond Rule-of-5 (b. Ro 5) molecules, including PROTA - Cs, RIPTA - Cs, and molecular glues. This role will support the design of advanced solid form screening approaches, amorphous solid dispersion (ASD) formulations, predictive mathematical models. The position is based in Groton, CT (USA). Role Responsibilities:Conduct advanced solid-state characterization of large b. Ro 5 molecules of pharmaceutical relevance. Apply novel crystallization techniques to recrystallize b. Ro 5 molecules. Support multidisciplinary project teams and collaborate with colleagues to define and implement crystallization, polymorph, salt, and co-crystal screening activities according to project timelines.
