Primary Care Physician Physician

Role Overview Provides outpatient primary care, non-operative orthopedic care, and sports medicine services in a clinic setting. Key Responsibilities Document patient histories, perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients. Evaluate and coordinate care for musculoskeletal injuries, illnesses, and rehabilitation in collaboration with athletic trainers, orthopedics, and other specialists. Diagnose based on clinical findings and test results, and refer patients to specialty clinics when necessary. Conduct education and training programs for medical students and oversee, teach, and consult with healthcare providers. Develop and propose local policies and procedures to enhance rehabilitation and transition processes. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor. Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state. Experience in outpatient primary care, orthopedics, or sports medicine preferred. Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
