- Days, Evenings and Weekends
- Administers medications, including diabetic monitoring.
- Evaluates, assesses, and treats medical emergencies.
- Assesses patients admitted to the sideroom and those with injuries.
- Conducts return assessments for patients coming from the infirmary or hospital.
- Reviews patients returning from medical trips and appointments.
- Transcribes provider orders.
- Prepares charts for the following day's appointments.
- Prepares patients and documentation for transfers to other facilities or hospitals.
- Minimum of one (1) year/s of recent experience as an RN .
- Must have a current and valid NYS license
- Minimum, one full year of medical/surgical, Emergency Room or ICU,CCU hospital Nursing.
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements ) .
