How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Optimize patient therapy by rigorously reviewing medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve potential drug-related issues, ensuring every prescription is safe, effective, and tailored to the individual.

• Deliver precise pharmaceutical care through the accurate compounding, dosing, and dispensing of medications, ensuring treatments reach patients safely and without delay.

• Collaborate as a trusted clinical partner by communicating seamlessly with physicians, nurses, and the broader care team to streamline workflows and elevate the overall standard of patient care.

• Empower patients and healthcare teams by providing clear, accessible drug information, education, and personalized counseling that demystifies complex medication regimens and promotes safety.

• Mentor and elevate pharmacy talent by supervising technical personnel and serving as an inspiring preceptor for pharmacy students, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Pharmacist credentialed from the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
