Position Overview
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and experience with a variety of painting techniques and surfaces.
Responsibilities
• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and priming
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Follow safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
• Oversee and collaborate with team members and communicate with clients professionally
• Knowledge of basic drywall techniques to repair or patch existing drywall as needed
Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a painter
• Knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques
• Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, rollers, paint sprayers , caulking guns, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to travel and spend nights away from home.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to the TNL Painting Shop.
• Smart phone with email and time tracking ability
