Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Intensive Care Unit / Med Surg / Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2+ Years Critical Care and ICU Experience, 1 Year of Travel Experience License: Current State License Certifications: BLS and ACLS Must-Have: - Med Surg and Telemetry Trained - Able to insert IVs - Adult Population Experience - Epic Experience - 2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing compassionate, quality care that is customer and family focused. The RN assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents care according to policies and standards of professional nursing practices. The RN is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered. The RN defines, implements, and improves practice standards and environment of care while promoting exceptional customer care. Duties may vary based on the assigned care center, which may include differences in the required specific clinical skills. Clinicians will be expected to float to Med Surg on a regular basis. The RN actively and consistently demonstrates the mission, vision, values, and guiding principles of the organization.
