Registered Nurse RN Case Manager Wound Care

At Mercy Medical Center the Wound Care Center consists of a team of physicians with 11 different specialty areas of medicine. We provide each patient with an individual care plan backed by evidence-based clinical pathways that have been developed and refined through 20 years of proven care for over 4 million wounds. What you will do

In this critical role you will assist in creating and managing nursing care plans and will participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of the patient.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education : Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduate preferred.

• Licensure : Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Massachusetts.

• Certification : BLS (AHA/ARC). CWCN Certification preferred. Wound Care Certification preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing BSN degree preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Acute Care experience preferred. Wound Care experience preferred. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO) experience preferred.

Work Schedule : Full Time- 32 Hours- Day Shift
