Station Leader – Denver (DEN)

Denver, CO | Full-Time | Starting at $85,000 + Bonus

Build the Team. Lead the Operation. Create Raving Fans.

SkyHop Global is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Station Leader to launch and lead our new Denver operation.

This is an opportunity to build a team from the ground up, establish a strong culture, and take ownership of a fast-paced, 24/7/365 transportation operation supporting airline crews.

We’re looking for a leader who is comfortable being accountable for the entire station—from people and performance to safety, service, financial results, and daily execution. You’ll have the opportunity to build your team, develop your leaders, and set the standard for the station from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Build & Lead Your Team: Recruit, develop, coach, and lead a team of approximately 45–50 drivers and operational team members.
• Own Daily Operations: Ensure safe, reliable, efficient, and on-time transportation service 24/7/365.
• Drive Performance: Manage station KPIs, staffing, scheduling, service performance, productivity, and operational goals.
• Manage the Business: Understand and manage station financial performance, including labor, expenses, budgets, and P&L responsibilities.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Build strong client relationships and ensure airline crews consistently receive professional, reliable service that creates Raving Fans .
• Lead Safety: Maintain a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with company policies and local requirements, and address safety concerns promptly.
• Develop Talent: Coach employees, identify future leaders, reinforce performance expectations, and create accountability across the team.
• Solve Problems: Respond quickly and effectively to operational challenges, staffing issues, service disruptions, and changing business needs.
• Set the Culture: Establish a professional, accountable, team-oriented environment aligned with SkyHop Global’s values.

You don’t need every answer on day one, but you do need the ability to take ownership, make sound decisions, recover quickly from challenges, and keep your team moving forward.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being visible in the operation, developing people, solving problems, and building a high-performing team—not someone looking for a traditional 9-to-5 management role.
