Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments by gathering extensive information on clients' mental health histories, backgrounds, and current challenges, enabling accurate diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.

• Offer therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors innovatively.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, outlining clear goals and intervention strategies that adapt to the clients' evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We recognize and reward your dedication and hard work with a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year.
