Remote - Epic Ambulatory Analyst

Insight Global is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst for a healthcare client undergoing a new urgent care build-out. This consultant will serve as a project lead, working closely with the Epic Application Manager while partnering with and mentoring an existing Ambulatory Analyst. The ideal candidate brings strong Epic Ambulatory build experience, preferably with urgent care workflows, and is comfortable owning deliverables in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a highly visible role with direct interaction with Epic leadership and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on expanding ambulatory and urgent care services.

Required Skills & Experience
- Epic Ambulatory Certification or Accreditation (either acceptable)
- 3-5+ years of Epic Ambulatory analyst experience
- Strong Epic Ambulatory build experience
- Ability to serve in a project lead/mentoring capacity
- Experience collaborating closely with Epic Application Managers and analysts


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Urgent Care maintenance experience
- Urgent Care build experience
- Epic Ambulatory Lab build experience
- Prior mentoring or training experience with junior or mid-level analysts
- Experience supporting new build-outs or greenfield implementations
- Epic MyChart build and/or support experience
- Epic Hello World configuration or integration experience
