Sales Team Member Opportunity

We are looking to add the right individual to our Sales team. This individual’s responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process — from initial greeting to final delivery
• Match customers with the right new or pre-owned vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget
• Build strong relationships by providing a transparent, customer-focused experience before and after the sale
• Follow up with leads and prospects to develop a strong book of business
• Collaborate with the Finance and Service departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay current on Chevrolet models, features, technology, and industry trends
• Set goals and hit objectives set by GM, Parsons of Eagle River, and yourself.

Qualifications

• Sales experience a plus
• Dependable and motivated candidate with a strong work ethic
• A self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product, eager to improve
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Available to work flexible hours and days including Saturdays (5 day work week. Sundays off and one day during the week)
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
