They are responsible for preparing and evaluating candidates for their interview, supporting the hiring managers with open positions and general support for the HR Department.Responsibilities include:Delivering full-cycle recruiting for each Dermatology Partners location in their territoryResponsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positionsPreparing Job Postings and posting to Job boards, and ATS system accordinglyCoordinating qualified candidates with hiring managers and providing candidate feedback and/or provide the verbal offers and follow up with hiring proceduresContinue to assist candidates during the on-boarding process to ensure a smooth transitionPerforming customer service functions by answering candidate and employee requests and questionsEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment lawsParticipating in and travel to industry events to built talent pipeline (Career Fairs)Communicating regularly with hiring managers to go over open jobs and status with recruitment and candidates for the open positionsTime to fill/Conversion rate of candidates to hiresMaintaining awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standardsMonitoring hiring process to find areas to improve on an on-going basisOther duties as assignedDesired skills and attributes include:Experience with full-cycle recruitment (2-4 years)Experience with Applicant Tracking System is a Plus!Excellent written and verbal communicationTeam focused and is able to follow detailed instructions carefully with limited oversightOrganized, detail oriented, punctual and professionalEager to grow and learn with the companyFluency in computer systems and a variety of software packagesDedicated to providing excellent customer servicePassionate about recruitment and talent management**This is not a remote position.
