Contract Salad/Pantry Cook
We are seeking a skilled Contract Salad/Pantry Cook to join our team at our vibrant Richmond, VA location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fresh ingredients, creativity in salad and cold dish preparation, and a keen eye for presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble salads, cold dishes, and pantry items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of all ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Qualifications:
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
