Job Overview

Barbara’s New Beginnings is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Bra Fitter / Intimate Apparel Specialist to provide personalized fitting services for clients seeking post-surgical, mastectomy, and specialty bra solutions. This role is centered on helping customers regain confidence, comfort, and proper fit through expert measurement, product knowledge, and supportive one-on-one consultations.

This is a highly customer-focused role requiring empathy, discretion, and strong consultative sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct private, one-on-one bra fitting appointments
Take accurate band, bust, and post-surgical measurements
Fit and recommend mastectomy bras, pocketed bras, prosthetics, and intimate apparel
Educate customers on proper fit, symmetry, and post-surgical comfort solutions
Provide compassionate support for clients recovering from breast surgery or medical procedures
Maintain sensitivity and professionalism during personal fittings
Build trust-based relationships with repeat customers and referrals
Achieve sales goals while prioritizing comfort, fit, and customer care
Maintain product knowledge of specialty bras, forms, and accessories
Support store operations including inventory, merchandising, and POS transactions
