Join our Mental Health Associates providing support to our clients through multi-modal group sessions, patient break supervision, routine monitoring of urine drug screens, and multiple assigned clerical and operational activities! High Focus Centers in Cherry Hill is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client’s treatment goals. Address: 53 Haddonfield Rd Suite 330, Cherry Hill Township, NJ 08002 Hourly Rate: $18.00/hour Schedule: Full Time; Monday - Friday; Summer Hours ONLY: M-F 7:30am-3:30pm; Hours Beginning 09/01/26 Monday 8:30am-4:30pm; Tuesday-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm MUST be able to drive clients in company van 2 days/week Benefits of working with High Focus Outpatient in Cherry Hill No restraints, seclusion or searches Provide CARF Accredited clinical guidance Work with licensed clinicians in group therapy, individual, and family sessions On-the-job training for advancement to master's program Room for growth and opportunities for advancement! Responsibilities Monitor and observe clients throughout the treatment day to support safety, engagement, and therapeutic structure within the milieu environment. Facilitate and/or assist with didactic, psychoeducational, experiential, and multimodal group sessions as assigned. Supervise client breaks, activities, transportation, and other program-related functions as assigned. Establish and maintain professional rapport and healthy boundaries with clients, families, referral sources, and team members. Assist with collection, monitoring, and documentation of urine screenings and other program-related monitoring activities as assigned. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant client documentation, reports, chart reviews, and clerical support activities as required. Demonstrate culturally responsive and trauma-informed approaches when interacting with clients and families. Assist with transportation services and maintain compliance with organizational driver safety requirements if assigned driving responsibilities. Other duties asassigned. Education REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field. REQUIRED: At least one (1) year of experience working with adolescent populations.
