Job Summary Courtney Officer is responsible for the safety of the building and grounds, addressing equipment malfunctions, greeting residents and visitors, managing front desk sign‑in and sign‑out processes, handling phone calls, informing residents or staff of arrivals, and accommodating resident requests for assistance.
