Automation Technician

Kohler is seeking an Automation Technician II to support advanced manufacturing operations in our world-class facilities. You’ll install, program, and maintain automated equipment, PLCs, sensors, and control systems to keep production running safely and efficiently. In this hands-on role, you’ll troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support equipment upgrades that improve quality and throughput. Working closely with engineering and production teams, you’ll apply your technical skills to drive continuous improvement while growing your career with a global leader known for craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainable solutions.
