About the Role: As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, meal service, and maintaining a clean and safe food service environment. You will work closely with our dietary team to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of meals to our residents. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables, and preparing meals according to dietary needs Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of meals to our residents Maintain a clean and safe food service environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety regulations Restock food and supplies as needed Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and implement special diets and menus Monitor food temperatures and quality to ensure food safety Perform other related duties as assigned About Our Team: At Uniontown Nursing and Rehab, we value our employees and offer a supportive and collaborative work environment.
