What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments for a diverse patient population
• Manage a typical patient load of 8 per day, focusing on orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Use advanced hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education
• Develop individualized rehab programs for conditions such as post-operative recovery, joint replacements, back pain, and balance issues
• Assist with gait training, fall prevention, and disability management
• Document patient progress and coordinate care plans with the healthcare team

What You Need

Required:

• Vermont state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist
• Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Strong manual therapy and patient education skills

Preferred:

• Experience with orthopedic, neurological, or post-surgical rehabilitation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
