Communicate with new and existing clients Build and maintain strong client relationships Assist clients with questions, concerns, and account needs Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients Identify opportunities to improve the client experience Work with the sales and management teams to meet company goals Maintain accurate client information and follow-up records We're Looking For Someone Who:
