.Net Developer

Senior Azure Software Engineer
We are seeking Senior Azure Software Engineers with 5+ years of Microsoft.Net experience, including 5+ years developing native cloud solutions in Azure. This is a hands-on development role requiring a strong passion for building great software with our growing Engineering team. You will be working in an Agile SAFe environment so a commitment to collaborative teamwork is essential.

Job Duties:
- Define, elaborate, synthesize, and document detailed user stories based on Epics or Story Titles from business requirements
- Map out process flows in existing and future payment environment
- Collaborate with Technical Product Owners or business SME’s to understand and define business requirements and ensure alignment with user stories
- Provide authoritative single point of contact for development and testing team members to address open questions or issues about user stories
- Code complex modules, including design and review activities.
- Translate requirements into high-quality, testable, scalable software.
- Participate in team code reviews and design discussions.
- Be a team player and collaborate with and train others in the organization as needed.
- Participate in all phases of our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to take ownership assigned tasks and execute them with excellence.
- Identify performance issues and bugs, and devise solutions to these issues.
- Participate as a member of a cross-functional Scrum team to help:
- Execute tests and provide support for UAT Establish estimates/points for stories
- Identify roadblocks and areas for improvement during retrospectives
Job Requirements:
- Finance, Retail, e-commerce industry experience
- Azure DevOps experience is a plus
- Relational database experience including schema design, writing SQL queries, and SQL tuning concepts
- Familiarity with design and architectural patterns to build scalable, maintainable, and testable software
- Understanding of software security and best practices
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Finance, Retail, e-commerce industry experience

- Relational database experience including schema design, writing SQL queries, and SQL tuning concepts
- Familiarity with design and architectural patterns to build scalable, maintainable, and testable software
