Electrician – Residential Service

Locations: Easton, MD | Seaford, DE | Dover, DE | Salisbury, MD
Work Type: On-Site / Field-Based
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $30.00–$40.00 per hour + Incentive Opportunities

Must currently hold a valid Delaware or Maryland Journeyman or Master Electrician License.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems.
• Install and service wiring, outlets, switches, electrical panels, lighting, and other residential electrical components.
• Perform thorough electrical inspections and identify potential safety or performance concerns.
• Ensure all work meets applicable electrical codes, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Clearly explain findings, repair options, and recommendations to homeowners.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from arrival through completion of the service call.
• Accurately document work performed, materials used, and recommendations.
• Communicate with Dispatch and other team members to support efficient scheduling and service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle.
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Delaware or Maryland Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
• Residential electrical service experience strongly preferred.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of residential electrical systems, applicable codes, and safety standards.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain technical issues and available solutions to homeowners.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade or technical school experience is a plus.
