Wealth Management Analyst Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Wealth Management Analyst to join our growing team. The Wealth Management Analyst will work closely with advisors and senior team members to support client relationships, investment research, financial planning activities, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Assist advisors with financial planning and investment management activities Prepare client meeting materials, reports, and presentations Analyze financial data and assist in developing personalized financial strategies Support portfolio reviews and investment research Maintain and update client records and financial information Coordinate account openings, transfers, and service requests Monitor client portfolios and prepare performance summaries Communicate with clients regarding account needs and documentation Stay informed on market trends, economic developments, and investment products Provide exceptional client service and administrative support Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field Recent graduates encouraged to apply Strong interest in financial planning, investments, and wealth management Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Pursuit of CFP®, CFA®, or other industry certifications is a plus What We're Looking For A client-focused professional who enjoys helping others succeed financially Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Curious, coachable, and driven to grow professionally Positive attitude and collaborative mindset Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
