Who You Are As a barista, you’ll ensure that our guests experience exceptional best-in-class hospitality, from our coffee and beverage programs to our menu offerings. What You’ll Do Foster Community & Hospitality: Champion Chelsea Hospitality Group's values by cultivating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests and employees. Ensure that every interaction with customers reflects our commitment to quality, sustainability, and community connection. Maintain Quality & Excellence: Ensure the store is clean, well‑stocked, and that inventory meets the needs of our customers and staff. Execute the cycle of service and actively assist the team as needed. Ensure Compliance & Safety: Stay up to date with health and safety standards. Work with Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our coffee and food offerings. Lead by example in both in‑store and digital order fulfillment, delivering a customer experience that leaves guests excited to return.
