Education Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or possess an equivalent degree in allied health with preparation for ASCP or AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within a year of hire.
• Maintain the required certification throughout your employment duration.
