Associate, Specialty Collections (260000HC) Hyundai Capital America (HCA) helps people move forward through Hyundai Motor Finance, Genesis Finance, and Kia Finance, delivering financing, leasing, and insurance solutions to more than 3 million customers and businesses nationwide. What you will do This role is responsible for managing a queue of delinquent and non-delinquent accounts and investigating, monitoring, and resolving specialty accounts in accordance with internal policies and procedures. How you will make an impact Manage a queue of delinquent and non-delinquent accounts. Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed. Document all account activity per department standards. Perform medium to heavy skip‑tracing activities using tools such as Accurint, TLO, and others where applicable. Manage repossession assignments and related activities where applicable. Participate in coaching and development sessions/training to enhance individual and team performance. Assist in the development of other team members and provide day‑to‑day mentoring and guidance as requested by leadership. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years collection or relevant experience (automotive preferred). High school graduate or GED equivalent. Basic computer skills – knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel. Strong communication skills – ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas to peers and customers. Skip‑tracing skills – ability to utilize various skip‑tracing tools where applicable.
