We're seeking an Evening Manager who's eager to make an impact. In this leadership role, you'll oversee store operations during evening hours, support department teams, and ensure a smooth, customer-focused shopping experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

As the Night Relief Manager, you ensure a smooth handoff between evening operations and the overnight team, supporting store readiness and closing procedures.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee store operations during evening hours
• Serve as the manager-on-duty in the absence of the Store Director or Assistant Store Director
• Support, guide, and coach department managers and associates
• Ensure excellent customer servicefriendly, responsive, and solution-focused
• Maintain store merchandising, organization, and safety standards
• Manage labor, shrink, and inventory expectations
• Resolve customer issues, staffing needs, and operational challenges quickly and professionally
• Uphold company policies, compliance standards, and food-safety procedures

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Educational requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Travel requirements: Minimal travel may be required for training or business needs
• Other requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Availability during evenings, weekends, and peak business hours

Pay Transparency:

Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation Pay or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays, bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility).
