• Provide evidence-based nursing care across multiple age-specific populations including neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care

• Utilize critical thinking and sound nursing judgment with minimal supervision in an acute care environment
• BLS and ACLS certifications required or obtained within three months of hire

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN preferred
• Current Registration and Licensure in the State of Iowa as a Registered Nurse in good standing with the Board of Nursing
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification (or obtained within three months of hire)
• Current ACLS certification per organizational guidelines
• Nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred
• Strong communication skills, empathetic listening abilities, and collaborative teamwork approach
• Basic computer knowledge and technical competency
