Multi-Modality Technologist - Night Shift Location: City, State, WI 53511 Setting: Acute Care Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Monday through Thursday, 9pm - 7am Job Description We are seeking a skilled Multi-Modality Technologist to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical leadership, efficiency in imaging procedures, and a commitment to providing quality patient care. Responsibilities Maintain active status in all imaging modalities practiced. Assist the department coordinator with clinical leadership and project completion. Demonstrate competency in all exams performed within assigned modalities. Corroborate patient clinical history with procedures performed. Prepare patients for procedures while minimizing anxiety and ensuring cooperation. Select and operate imaging equipment effectively. Position patients for optimal imaging results while ensuring comfort and safety. Practice aseptic techniques where necessary. Prepare and administer contrast media as appropriate. Initiate basic life support when required. Provide education and instruction to patients regarding procedures. Manage inventory and supplies for the assigned area. Provide practical instruction for students and peers. Adhere to universal protocols and standard precautions. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Graduate of an accredited radiography program - Education verification required. ARRT registered in Radiography and CT.
