Lendz Financial is seeking a Capital Markets Analyst to join our growing Capital Markets team at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters. This position plays a key role in supporting daily rate lock and pricing operations, maintaining data accuracy, ensuring compliance with investor requirements, and contributing to the efficient delivery of loans across multiple lending channels.

What You'll Do

• Assist with processing and tracking daily loan rate lock requests.
• Support loan officers and internal partners by providing accurate pricing scenarios and lock information.
• Verify investor selection and applicable loan-level price adjustments (LLPAs).
• Monitor lock expirations and assist with lock extensions, re-locks, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate loan data within the Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Review loan delivery documentation to ensure compliance with investor guidelines and requirements.
• Support quality control efforts and assist with reporting and data analysis related to capital markets activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Assist with special projects and other departmental initiatives as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in finance, banking, mortgage operations, or a related professional environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the mortgage industry.
